Copper Branch to open first Florida location
Welcome to Florida – Copper Branch.
According to Steve Petruzzelli, Commercial Division, Director, at Petruzzelli Real Estate in Boca Raton, the 100 percent ‘Plant-Based’ power food restaurant Copper Branch will open its first Florida location along Fort Lauderdale’s iconic 17th Street Causeway in the coming weeks.
Petruzzelli represented Quay property owners in negotiations with Copper Branch.
Copper Branch has more than 70 franchise locations in Quebec, Ontario and is now is stretching its brand across the globe, targeting an every-increasing number of customers seeking a plant-based/vegan or vegetarian diet.
According to the company’s web site, its first U.S. location at 195 Bleecker St. in New York’s Greenwich Village section opens this fall, and four sites in France will begin serving by early 2019. Its website offer menu selections in English and French.
The Fort Lauderdale address is 1515 S.E. 17th Street Causeway.
“We feel Copper Branch will be an excellent addition to the tenant mix at the Quay,” said Petruzzelli.
Copper Branch offers a variety of breakfast options, burgers, sandwiches, power bowl salads, sides, soups, desserts, smoothies, organic coffees, organic teas/lattes and other beverages.
The company selected a thriving Fort Lauderdale location to open its first Florida restaurant. The Quay and 17th Street Causeway area is home to tourist hotels, the Greater Fort Lauderdale-Broward County Convention Center, other restaurants, and leads out to city’s public beaches – with Port Everglades and the Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood Airport both nearby.
Copper Branch has not announced an opening date.
